Antique ring featuring a beautiful solitaire round paste stone set into an silver setting and band. The paste stones are excellent in quality with a beautiful sparkle.

The glass stones are manufactured with lead oxide and referred to as 'Flint Glass'. The glass is cut and faceted to increase the reflections and fire.  Paste was considered a popular material in costume and fine jewellery from the 1750s-1930s. 

This piece was converted into a ring.
