Seed pearls in the Victorian era were associated with a number of symbols such as innocence, purity, humility and harmony. 

Our celestial star ring was designed and made by Mayveda from a 9ct gold Victorian stick pin. The ring features tiny seed pearls and a red paste stone. The ring was expertly reimagined by our expert Master Goldsmith in London, England. 

The Victorian used stars and moons to be the subject of many objet d'art from jewellery to glass wear. Stars symbolised "spirit, guidance and direction" for its wearer.
